Doug Beck is a professional NJ real estate investor focused on the wholesaling exit strategy. He started his journey in real estate investing nearly 3 years ago when he formed JDL Ventures. Within that time, Doug's company has successfully closed over 55 transactions and currently averaging about one closing a week, on track to double that within the next 3-6 months. Doug will be reviewing the wholesaling process, and how it applies to simple FSBO deals and even to the more complicated REO and auction deals. He will also be discussing the systems and type of technology he uses everyday in order to get deals successfully wholesaled to his investor buyers.

In early 2014, I made the decision to become a professional real estate investor and while I did in fact make the decision, I significantly underestimated amount of focus and time needed to make my dream become a reality. That said, my journey started on a part-time basis (like most), juggling my full-time job & family commitments with building my business in real estate investing. I am proud to say that over the course of about 18 months, I successfully built my real estate investing business, JDL Ventures from nothing to a multiple 6-figure business that has continued to grow over the past year!
